SEMINAR: Achieving real business results:
Understanding each other's strengths allows organizations to build great teams, develop future leaders, and create an amazing culture.
Presented by Dolly Penland
While many business owners and executives believe they have a good hiring process, turnover and low productivity often say otherwise. Studies show that most hiring processes not only miss top performers but eliminate them.
The Good News
There is a better way to find people who not only have the right skills but will be happy and productive working in your company. You know these people. They are the ones that seem to do what is required almost automatically and love what they are doing. From sales to customer service to support, these people are out there, and you can find them.
In this session, you will learn how high performing companies are using cutting-edge behavioral analytics, combined with effective interviewing techniques, to build teams of winners.
You will learn:
Dolly Penland, President & CEO of Business Results, a PI® Certified Partner firm, works with organizations helping them to hire and manage their talent to their highest potential. She was an award-winning freelance journalist with more than 20 years experience specializing in business news before focusing her talents on business advice and consultation. ALL THINGS SOUTHERN, MSSA 'HANGING OUT' AT LAZY MAGNOLIA BREWERY
Brewery Tour, Musical Entertainment, Beer Tastings and A Southern Dinner
Meet in bus lobby @ 5:15, buses departing @ 5:30 pm, Buses returning to hotel @ 10:00 & 11:00 pm
Reading about beer just isn't quite the same as tasting beer. Lazy Magnolia is Mississippi's oldest packaging brewery and the first one since prohibition in 1907. More than likely you have viewed several of their delicious brews in your favorite bars or restaurants throughout the South, one being the Southern Pecan Beer.
Come dressed for a very casual event for our evening starts with a brewery tour featuring three tastings. Afterward, plan to dance the night away with Lee & The Hellz Yeah band, who since 2004 have played in the Gulf Coast area and are versatile in funk, blues, rock, and country music!
The time on the bus to the brewery will fly by, with a few games to play (think bonding with others and strengthening friendships). Plus, you can drink on the bus with bottled water, coolers and beer available.
See you there!
